Registration
Registration fee includes Vendor Opening Reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches, President’s Awards Reception, and conference materials.
Members – register before May 2nd for Early Bird rate.
Registrants must purchase a full registration; no refunds will be given for functions not attended. Please contact Carol Wynne (cwynne@nschbc.org) regarding any questions or complaints.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded if written notice is received by May 2, 2025. Requests for refunds will not be honored after May 3, 2025.
Registrants and Guests must acknowledge that they have read and understand the NSCHBC Event Waiver, the NSCHBC Code of Conduct Policy, NSCHBC Alcohol Policy, and the NSCHBC Policy on Conference Attendee Recordings and Photos on the registration form.
Spouse/Guest Registration
Registration includes Vendor Opening Reception, continental breakfasts, and President’s Awards Reception. This does not include educational sessions.
Guest Old Town Trolley Tour
Guests can register with our group on Thursday, June 5th, on the Old Town Trolley Tour. Tours pick up on Bull Street just outside The DeSoto front doors to the left. All aboard Savannah’s Best Tour! Experience over 270 years of history as the expert tour conductors relate the stories, sights and landmarks of Georgia's First City! Join them as they turn back the pages of time and relive the rich legacy of a charming and alluring southern town. Tours start anytime from 9-5pm ET and run rain or shine. Please email Ashlyn Dixon (adixon@nschbc.org) if your guest would like to join. The registration fee is $55.
Certification Live Review Course and Exam
Registration includes review material, Exam, continental breakfasts, lunches, Vendor Opening Reception, and President’s Awards Reception.
The Live Certification course offers classroom-style lessons to broaden your knowledge and networking potential. To become a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant, you MUST have consulting experience. NSCHBC membership is required to register and is not included in the price.

Practice Management & Operations (PMOS) and Practice Accounting & Finance Specialty (PAFS) certifications can attend the Annual Conference sessions when they do not have certification lessons scheduled.
The exam will be held on Saturday, June 7th at 8:00am.

The Foundation for Education in Healthcare is a non-profit 501 c 3 organization dedicated to improving healthcare delivery through the education of practice management consultants. How you can support the Foundation
The Foundation receives funding from individual donors, foundations, government grants, industry publications, healthcare systems, product vendors, healthcare providers and their organizations, practice management consultants and other potential givers.
Contributions may be given to existing or newly endowed chairs at levels of Platinum ($50,000), Gold ($25,000), Silver ($10,000) or Bronze ($5,000). Funds of endowed chairs are restricted and must be received within 5 years to endow a chair in honor of a colleague or organization, please contact NSCHBC’s Executive Director, Carol Wynne, cwynne@nschbc.org.
